Never used
I purchased the wrong size jack, so I was never able to use this item. Returned. Appeared to be comfortable, good quality though.

Works great, make sure you trim the tube to fit your ear
Works like I need it to, just make sure you trim the end of the tube so that the loop fits snugly around the top of your ear without pulling on the part in your ear, of not it gets annoying moving around, especially with glasses on.

Zero stars if I could
Ordered this for my husband to use with his walkie at work. Got the package and got everything except for the actual wire talk piece. Asked for a return and said it was missing a piece. Got the new package finally and then the only thing we received was the earplug pieces. Still not the wire talk piece that we needed. So now it's after the returnable time, we got charged for it and we can't even use it.

Earpieces split open b/c hole too small for plastic piece - acoustic tube piece NOW can't stay in
All earpieces included broke within 2 weeks with minimal use (<4 times each). What a sham.
