It’s a complete waste of money. I purchased it for my Pilates. Class. Doesn’t even solve the purpose as it says. It keeps on slipping when we go for mountain pose in yoga. When I tried to return it, Amazon people told me it’s not returnable. Dont waste your time and money.

It’s ok
The product is alright - not great though - very minimal grip but serves the purpose - the size doesn’t match everyone I guess - I can feel it slightly longer than required.
