It guides your thinking on what to look for in different types of research. It's an excellent tool for anyone interested in Evidence-Based Practice for nurses. I have used it with an evidence-based practice institute, journal clubs, and the nursing education department at our hospital. Highly recommended.

Much easier to read than the bigger research texts. Chapters are easy to follow. Good first research book to read.

This book is okay. This topic is torture! So boring. And relieved to have it over with. Thin book, didn't have to use enough to know it well enough.

This is by far my favorite research guide! Easy to read, and not a lot of extra material. I plan to keep this after my course ends to use in the future. Also, comes with worksheets that are accessible online and very beneficial.

Very very helpful in my evidence based practice class. The book was good but this was a very quick easy to understand reference. I have recommended this to other people who will be taking the same class.

I havent looked inside or used the book, its for class and I that class does not start until the 14th of Jan. I am sure it will work well.
