Yes. But it also has lighter shade of blue. It is very attractive.

Q: For #110, is the fabric more cotton or silky?

Hi! It's polyester. It feels silky. It has a sheerness to it, but it doesn't slide around like silk scarves do. I hope this helps........I literally have about 500 scarves (Yup! I'm a scarf fanatic).
