Love this air fryer! You must pay attention to the levels. Each level is for a different purpose. The pizza setting is perfect! I dont know how, it does not matter if it's a cheap thin, frozen pizza or thick crusted pizza, it melts the cheese perfectly and crisps the crust to perfection ... never burning it!! Just pay attention to what shelf level u are putting food into.

Regardless of that, I am super pleased that I have this one for these reasons:First: The price. As simple as that sounds it does make a huge difference in most folks decision in buying.Second: Quality! It is extremely well made. The exterior is a very nice stainless steel as is the interior.Third: The ease of cleaning. With the interior being made of high quality stainless steel it is a breeze to clean!Fourth: Cooking. Just simply an amazing kitchen tool. There is so very much you can do with it. It's far superior to a toaster over, traditional fryer and microwave.Fifth: the cooking accessories, trays, utensils and Cookbooks are simply wonderful! Everything you could possibly need is in the box!!!These are a few things right off the top of my head. I use it nearly every day! I truly l love this perfect kitchen tool!

I went by the instructions and produced a very tasty batch of chocolate chip cookies, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I can’t wait to try the other items listed in the foodie guide. So far, I am happy with this purchase. It looks pretty good on my counter as well.

I'll update again later.Edit #2: So pleased with the customer service with this seller! Very prompt and courteous! I had my replacement machine on my doorstop within 7 days! I hope the problem with the 1st machine does not happen again because I love this thing!So far I absolutely love this machine! The presets are really good. Everything I have cooked in it so far has been perfect! I will never cook bacon any other way again! Comes out perfect everytime! Reheating pizza tastes better that it did from the delivery! Rotisserie hotdogs...yummy! Steaks and burgers are perfect too! Easier than grilling! Definitely recommend!

I ordered from the Amazon resale the first Kalorik MAXX® Countertop Air Fryer Ovens AFO 50253 OW. It came damaged and was dented by the control know (see the photos). The dent was not important but when I tested the heat settings with two of my digital thermometers the temperature would fluctuate and would be anywhere from 30 degrees to 65 degrees off. NOTE: I tested both my digital thermometers with an old small air fryer I have with the result being the air fryer and both my digital thermometers read about the same, therefore my digital thermometers were correct. I contacted the Kalorik Company and was told it sounds like the circuit board was damaged likely from the dent. I did receive a credit from Amazon and purchased two more assuming they would be fine. Yes two for two different locations.The first replacement I received looked great but when I did a test to see if it held an accurate temperature it failed like the first one. Then I received the second air fryer which came badly dented at the top a bottom of were the two doors close (see the photos). I have no clue how this damage could happen when the doors were OK. It looked as if the person who assembled it just put the doors on a damaged product. Out of curiosity I did a temperature test on this damaged air fryer and its temperature also fluctuated and would be anywhere from 30 degrees to 65 degrees off. The result was everything was sent back to Amazon and I will buy another brand (not Kalorik). I can’t even imagine how many people purchased this air fryer or any of Kalorics air fryer models assuming the temperature settings are correct. Where is the quality control at Kaloric? For all you buyers of this or any other air fryer brand test the temperature with a digital temperature for its accuracy. Never assume it is correct.
