This food gel was easy to use. However, the color red was not as intense as the label reads.

The color is beautiful! Apply a little at a time. I was very pleased with the result of my baked goods. There was no flavor to the cookie other than the ingredients the recipe called for. The gel did not impart any flavor of its own. Very nice product.

Favorite brand of color!
Inexpensive and great quality. I am a hobby baker and do decorated sugar cookies and cakes. I am a beginner but love the Americolor products!
