I've been dealing with massive dysbiosis in many systems that mainly started in my reproductive area and was finally found to be BV But it spread all over and I could feel it in my bladder, stomach, and even my rear end. It's like my whole body was infected and it was resistant to any treatment. I really started making progress when I started taking very powerful probiotics, but you need to make sure you are taking quality ones and the right ones. I didn't realize for vaginal issues you need to buy one's geared for that area so the probiotics can actually reach the system and go past the stomach. But since I'm also healing my stomach I wanted to add these in. I'm taking very high amounts of probiotics in general because of what I'm dealing with, and boy am I making so much progress in my life. I'm also taking oil of oregano and other detoxing things, but not around when I take my probiotics since that would be counterproductive. Because I've been taking high amounts long-term I'm used to them and I didn't notice any side effects. Anytime I start probiotics after not being on them I sometimes have a healing crisis and stomach bloating or cramping or other issues. I didn't have any of that and I'm not having any negative things to say about this. Since I've upped my game on my probiotics my skin has been absolutely amazing! It's mind-blowing to me how good my skin looks. Anyway no complaints and I recommend this.

The only “friendly bacteria” I usually add to my system is when I add it to my yogurt. I have some, but not enough to make a difference. I do know, however, that a probiotic works wonders for many digestive issues. I thought I’d like to have a shelf-stable probiotic on hand. A couple things I liked about it was the fact that it’s both non-GMO and gluten-free.The packaging is very good because the bottle was sealed inside. These capsules are large and could be difficult for some individuals to swallow. In that case, I’d recommend taking a pass and purchasing the chewable probiotic. There is both a lot and an expiration date on the neck of the bottle. If you want or need a probiotic, this would be an excellent choice.

11.21.21~ Been taking dr recommended ProB for years.So I've tried a few & 'Bio Absorb' is one of the better ones.Worked consistently, once it kicked in.Took 3 days to feel effects & got a bit bloated in the waiting period.ProB's seem to affect me 2 ways.Instantly to within an hour, or the next day.'Bio Absorb' is next day.'Bio Absorb' claims you can "skip a day" once absorbed (4 days).That was not my experience.Skipped a day after 5 and after 10. My body was very uncomfortable.Comparing to 'Multi Form Deep Immune' & 'Lessman Ultimate'.'Bio Absorb' works a t a capsule a day with regular use.Imagine it will plateau, as other do, after a couple months.This is one I would come back to in rotation.

This is one of the best probiotics I've ever taken. There is a definite notice of digestive calm that comes with these. I take one a day after dinner and it seems to do the trick. Unfortunately I won't be purchasing these because the budget doesn't allow it. These are definitely on the pricey side. If money is no concern for you then by all means get these. Maybe I'll return to these once the kids are out of the house and I'm an empty nester. I just hope they're still around.

This Saccharomyces Boulardii Probiotic appears to be of good quality, and they were easy to take. I had no issues with taking them on a daily basis along with some other different probiotics that I felt were needed - and I think this one worked out well for me in restoring proper gut balance. I had no adverse effects from it, and I love that it's vegan, too. No complaints here - it gets two thumbs up from me!

I use probiotics to help with gut health. These are GMO free, vegan, and gluten free. One per day is recommended. This is made in Canada.

I have long been a fan of probiotics and into making my own ferments like sauerkraut and carrots. Problem is I don't always keep up with making enough, running out, then it takes a several weeks to make another batch. I have looked at others locally and not impressed but these look like a good choice to fill in the gaps when I run out of my own ferments. The slow release of these could possibly helping their efficiency.
