I bought this, assuming that, practicality, the lead connecting would be to charge it up. The stock pictures certainly supported my thinking. With no plug lead, only the remote control lead. However, I was unaware that I was completely wrong. It can ONLY be used when plugged into a plug port. So basically, it can be used outside of your home. Disappointing but I can learn to live with it. It kind of defeats the point of a heat pain belt, but , hey..It certainly gives an intense degree of heat. It gets incredibly hot actually. The vibration massaging is okay. Not alot of options, but combined with heat, it isn't a bad option if you have lower back pain. I really do wish they would have made it clear the connecting port from the device to the mains plug are the ONLY way to use it. It cant be charged up with the connecting lead, so I find the pictures slightly misleading. I will still use it or I would return it, but it not an ideal product, practicality wise. As for the pain reduction? The heat is certainly strong, as I have noted. The vibration is okay, basic and limited options. Not an ideal item, but it can help, mainly because of the heat. Just dont expect it be used anywhere except, near a plug port. It is okay, just not as great as the glowing reviews indicate . Of course, everyone's body pain is different and will have different results using this. The pain reduction, this product is good for is a high degree of heat. Which in itself can relieve pain, outside of a hot bath, that is.. I really do wish in stock photos , they would be a little more honest.

Everything on it works well the massage and the heat, it is ideal if you just have lower back pain, but with nerve damage it does ease it a bit but nothing that a new spine won't cure, it is the best thing i have tried so far, and believe me i have tried everything, just waiting for back surgery but thanks to covid it's been delayed which hasn't helped

I use this to help relieve the pain of sciatica, the belt is quite large so is good in that is covers a large area of the back, which is handy if you are using the massage feature, but it also means that it is difficult to get it very low down your back which is where it needs to be for sciatica, but this is ok as you just sit on it instead and get the benefit of the heat as well as the massage. There is only two heat settings which i found to be ample, and on the hottest setting you can sit quite comfortably for a long time. The massage settings are also quite good, not as good as a real hands on massage, you just can't beat that, but i found all of the settings to be soothing and comfortable, and nothing too painful but i guess that depends on the type of back pain you have. Overall I found the Quality to be excellent and comfortable to use, my only criticism is that i would prefer the control unit to be on a longer lead.

I have a badly strained back with misaligned lower vertebrae and a damaged coccyx. I use this Comfier massage belt lying on my bed. It really penetrates the heat deeply and relaxes my muscles. If the heat gets too hot I can turn just the heat off for a while and the massage continues, the remaining warmth of the belt is still there so I still get the benefit of it, and then I can switch the heat back on when I want. It's also good to sit with it for 5 minutes or so after the 30 minutes is up and during that time you can really feel how deep the massage and heat has gone. Truly beautiful. As I am in a wheelchair I can't get to exercise easily so I also use this on my belly, bottom and thighs to improve the circulation and break down body fat. Other reviews have said they lie down on top of the belt. Don't ever do this! The instructions also say not to do this. I tried to do this at the beginning and found out there are hard lumps inside the belt that will dig into your spine. So if you are lying down you can only use this lying on your side. I realise the seller has a massage mat that would be better for lying down on, so I have just ordered that too. I think the belt is made for sitting upright because the power and controller leads are positioned awkwardly for lying down, but perfectly for sitting. I love the extension belt. I need it for most of my body because I am large, and then I take it off for my thighs. Altogether a good product and they offer a 2 year replacement guarantee if it develops a fault. When I signed up for the 2 year guarantee their customer service was quick to respond by email, which gives me confidence in them.

The belt fits large or small waists, is very very comfortable. The material is soft and warm and best of all, the heat programme has variable heat settings and the vibrating setting has variable settings too. I have been looking for a belt like this for a very long time. My husband has a nerve problem in his spine which is very painful, from the spine to the back of the leg. Painkillers are prescribed but needed something to soothe the pain with gentle vibration and heat and he is convinced that it is easing his problem and is very happy with the product. He uses every time he sits down and feels the benefit. Amazon, delivered next day and as usual care was taken on delivery. we are both over 70 and have been isolating since March this year because of underlying health issues. We cannot fault the service.
