I really rely on Hoodia for energy as well as weight control. I find it energizing.

I was looking for something to replace the prescription phentermine I was taking because while phentermine is a miracle that wipes out your appetite and helped me lose almost 30 pounds effortlessly, its really blowing up my blood pressure. This Hoodia cant compare to that level of effectiveness, but one in the morning and one in the evening do noticeably keep cravings in check.

I bought this product to help curb my appetite and instead it made me HUNGRIER!! This product must not have the sufficient amount of hoodia to work because it did nothing for me.

It won't keep the same appetite suppressing effect if you take it forever, but it's great to get you through a fasting period or a couple days of temptation (hello Thanksgiving and Christmas, bring it). And thank you Source Naturals for a reasonably sized bottle, instead of a huge bottle 1/4 full.

Wish there was more in a bottle but both capsules and pills work. Already lost 5 pounds in a week!
