If your mailbox has mounting holes that are farther apart, the latches may not clip on or even fit properly. COMPATIBLE WITH SOLAR GROUP STANDARD MAILBOXES - This latch kit will provide a snug fit, tightly securing your standard-sized metal mailboxes. Did have to drill holes to get the attachments to fit luckily not too stressful, wear gloves metal mailboxes will cut!
