The question was never answered by the seller? Is this juice pasteurized?

It says nothing on the label regarding pasteurization. It says juice of 40 fresh squeezed lemons. An added ingredient, an antioxidant, is Potassium metabisulfite. It says it is kosher.

I need to see an ingredient list. Can you provide me with one?

The Kosher Select Lemon Juice is made from approximately 40 freshly squeezed lemons and antioxidant potassium metabisulfite (to preserve freshness). There is no water added. Enjoy!

Is this shipped frozen?

No, our Lemon Juice is not shipped frozen. :)

why does it say cal from fat 25 i thought it was under 2 cal

It appears to be a printing error, as the total calories is less than one. Of fact .25 is a quarter of a single calorie. Pure lemon juice without water , and a small amount of preservative are the only ingredients. Hope this helps.
