Bosch Meat Grinder Attachment MG2 Universal Plus Mixers w/Adapter Leg & 2 Discs

The meat grinder itself work great, but getting it to fit my the machine is a PITA. It feels like the center of the leg that attaches to the machine is not big enough. feels like the leg will break if I force it on any harder so I just use a chopping block on the machine to lvl it out. We have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on Bosch and attachments and this one is the only one we have ever had problems with...

assembly and especially disassembly is tricky

No need to go buy a $400 grinder if you have a Bosch. This thing works awesome!! I’ve done at least 100 lbs of grind in mine and it is killing it!

Nice to have. The coarser blade tends to gum up a lot if the meat is less than lean.

This is my first meat grinder, I'm very happy with my Bosch Universal plus mixer and all of the attachments. Easy set up, easy to use and clean. I haven't used the sausage attachment yet, but expect the same level of satisfaction as with all of my other Bosch appliances and accessories.

It offeres 2 different sizes of grinders, very sharp. And it also offers the cone to stuff your own sausage.

Get the one that is straight up and down. This one has to much room for error.

This attachment was either defective, or it was falsely advertised. I could not get the arm to turn, or "lock," into place on my brand new Bosch Universal Plus Mixer. It kept popping off whenever I used it, because it would not push down all the way to turn into place.
