First time pattern follower
Used it to make Kwazii from the Octonauts for my toddler. I’ve never followed a pattern before but was able to work through it with great results. I did have to watch a handful of YouTube videos to figure out how to attach a zipper and bias tape.

Versatile pattern
I've purchased this pattern before and this is a very versatile pattern. I'm not an expert on sewing, that's why I need this pattern as foundation of my costume. I have mortified the pattern to a dinosaur and this year a dog (both change to hooded hat). I think I need to stock up as it's hard to find this pattern near me.

Adorable tiger
I made the cat costume in a very nice tiger fabric. It was made for Halloween, but it gets worn a lot when my little girl wants to play pretend animals. My little tiger LOVES wearing it. This was one of the first things I sewed and it was not terribly difficult to make. I suggest using Velcro for the closures instead of a zipper or buttons.

pattern not easy to alter needs to be combined with pattern from Simplicity
pattern takes more work and is not as easy to alter as needed, when used with Simplicity pattern creates a flawless Fursuit. The sizes of pattern are Less realistic than Simplicity's pattern.

Patterns have a front and a back. It would be nice to show the back before I purchase a pattern online. That way, while I am waiting for the pattern to come, I would know how much fabric to buy.

Great pattern, misleading description!
Good pattern as expected from McCall's but BEWARE. The patter DOES NOT come S/M/L as stated, you need to choose which size you need but there is no option for this.
