VERY DISAPPOINTED
I wasn't expecting a forever carrier, but thought it would at least last more than a day!! Had just finished a couple of plein air paintings, slid them in the carrier and headed to the bus with the group. Halfway to the bus the handles broke! I wasn't being rough or anything. Only two lightweight canvas panels. Luckily, my paintings survived but had to go back to smaller size panels for the remainder of the trip in my Raymar carrier. Now that Raymar is restocked in this size I will order from them. What a waste of money this was!!! DO NOT BUY!

Does the job
This panel carrier is handy for transporting wet panels. Since it is made out of corrugated cardboard it's not the most durable but it's adequate.

Glued seams fell apart
The product that was shipped to me was so old (I guess) that the glue on the seams was dried out and not holding the carrier together - straight out of the package the thing had already fallen apart. So I ordered a product and received instead a kit that I will need to re-glue and probably duct tape together. Oh YAY! Next time I'll keep my money and just make my own carrier by cutting up pretty much any box I get from Amazon when a package is delivered, at least that way I'll be sure of the quality. Will not buy again EVER

Unique product. Great for what it is.
This is good enough for plein air and short term use for transporting your work. Keep in mind the price is reasonable. It won't stand up to rough handling. Someone "helped" me carry before I could stop and the cardboard handle ripped. I mended and reinforced it with heavy duty package wrapping tape. That has repaired the carrier satisfactorily. The side panels which hold the two canvases apart from each other are shaped, loose Styrofoam inserts. They work fine for canvas boards, but canvases stretched on stretcher bars are a real tight fit.Ideal? No. Practical, useful, sturdy enough, economical? Yes.For what it is, I love it!

Great idea, Poorly made
It rips immediately and I had to use a ton of tape to put it back together. It's a great concept but the handle is made like crap. Also, those Styrofoam inserts do not allow for the cradled panels to fit. This box is ok for canvas and ok for boards but not the cradled wood kind.
