Pseudo liberals exposed
An indispensable reading for anyone who values freedom and democracy.A grim reminder of the evils of social engineering often stealthilly undertaken by a cabale of subservient intellectuals and party leaders not just in America but elsewhere in the world. The review by James D Krejc is not objective. It is high on emotions rather than on logic . Because he doesn't refute a single theoretical objection raised by Mark R Levin.Neither does he answer issues raised in the book about the dangers of social engineering and also about the resultant brutalities. Another book titled Beyond Red An appostate on Communism by P.Kesavsn Nair ,an excommunist, is a good intellectual take on theoretical aspects of communism from an Indian point of view. The book is available on Amazon.in

I had my doubts about this book because I thought the title was hyperbole. And then I read it....
When I saw the title of Mark Levin’s new book “American Marxism” I honestly thought the title was hyperbole. After reading the book, I don’t think it’s hyperbole anymore. This is a challenging but very informative read. Levin cites, in their own words from their own books, the thoughts of Marxists such as Karl Marx and explains the goals and strategies of Marxism from people who have written books, articles and have publicly embraced Marxism. (There is a 30 page bibliography at the end of the book in small print with footnotes for every quote and every book cited.)Levin describes what “democratic socialism” is in the words of the people who are promoting it. He describes Critical Race Theory in the words of the people who developed it and are publicly supporting it. Once you read the beginning of the book, you will see for yourself the parallels between Marxism and the BLM movement, Critical Race Theory and Bernie Sanders’ democratic socialism. In Marxism, people are divided into two main groups. The bourgeoise and the proletariat. The bourgeoise (the rich) control the capital and own the industry and the proletariat (the workers) are at their mercy. According to Marx, the proletariat must rise-up and take what is rightly theirs. (Remember: Workers of the World Unite!) In the BLM movement, white people are the oppressors and black people are the oppressed. Black people are victims and white people have white privilege and are oppressors. If white people say they are not racist, advocates of BLM and Critical Race theory dismisses this as white people not being fully “woke” or aware of their white supremacy. It’s a heads I win, tails you lose argument. Bernie Sanders refers to the billionaires (bourgeois) and the working class (proletariat) and supports taxing billionaires much more so that they pay their “fair share” (never defined). He also supports the idea that government must provide a universal income to the working class who provide the labor for the billionaires to become wealthy.I have not done the book justice with this brief description but to say that the book is eye opening is an understatement. One of the reasons that I was so skeptical of the title “American Marxism” and thought it was hyperbole is because Democrats don’t use the term Marxism because most Americans are openly hostile to the term. Democrats are masters at using language. Abortion is now pro-choice. Liberal is now progressive. Who could be against choice or progress? Very clever use of language.Marxists usually don’t call themselves Marxists. They use terms like social activists, democratic socialists, community activists etc. One exception: The group Black Lives Matter is the product of a fusion between Marxism and Critical Race Theory. Levin writes, "In a 2015 video interview with Jared Ball, Patrisse Cullors, one of the three founders of BLM, declared that she and fellow BLM founder Alicia Garza were Marxists. Cullors stated, “I think a lot of things, the first thing I think is we actually do have an ideological frame; myself and Alicia (Garcia) in particular, are trained organizers, we are trained Marxists. We are super versed on ideological theories and I think that what we really try to do is build a movement that could be utilized by many, many black folk.”"Meanwhile according to Levin, “BLM Marxist Khan-Cullors has acquired four homes worth several million dollars. She published a best selling book and signed lucarative deals with Warner Brothers and other companies to promote her agenda."If you want to educate yourself about what is really happening in our country, I highly recommend this book.
