On foam use a hot screw driver
Works great to line-up the driver for making holes to install your hinge. Make sure you check twice the angle alignment is what you want before making the hole. For foam, I use a screw driver fitted with a stop-collar (controls the depth) and heated with a candle to make the holes.

What an ingenious device. How else to align a long unforgiving hinge pin hole? A bit of a handful to use alone but worka great.

Looks better than it works.
This is difficult to position on a double tapered, 3D wing to get the hole in the proper position. When the hinges are inserted into the holes, they do not line up accurately.

Not as well finished as it could be (burrs on the "wings"), and it would be nice if it included a smaller bushing for this price. That said, it works fine for centering holes for Robart hinge points.

A little stiff, and in order to work properly both flaps muse be absolutely parallel. Would be much better if they had a second or third, pinned section the keep flat guides parallel.
