Whiplash after a car accident is one of the most common ways that cervical damage is suffered. Most cervical collars have a rigid plastic bivalve construction and foam lining. Other cervical collars have a simple foam and Velcro construction, which provides less overall support, and may be more appropriate for less drastic injuries and recoveries (Everyday Health).

Q: can this product be washed?

Yes! It can be washed by hand clean with cold water and a small amount of detergent. Swish a piece of velvet clothing through the sudsy water by using gentle movements of your hand. Do this until the item is clean. Do not Wring! Do not Iron! Do not Tumble Dry!

Q: How much am I supposed to inflate the device to properly use it?

NeckFix Device should be inflated until the chin and head rests on the device, giving relaxation to the muscles in the cervical region. Do NOT OverInflate!!! For very good results we recommend using the collar in a progressive manner. In the first week, we recommend using 2 times a day for 10 to 15 minutes. In the second week 2-3 times/day for 15-20 minutes. The collar pressure will be progressive.
