These molds worked great for my feta cheese. They are sturdy and seem like they will last a long while. Each mold held the curds from 1 gallon of milk. I just added curds, used the follower to manually press some whey, then added more curds and pressed until they were all in the mold. I would recommend and may even buy another set of a different color for myself.
