Amazing purple shallot
Purple shallot powder is SO GOOD. Smells like the best onion you’ve ever had. Adds such a depth of umami to everything you add it to. Def just became a staple in my house!

Good Cumin

Solid & unusable
Like others, my onion powder was also a solid block. I has also happened recently with a jar of ginger. Sad as other spices I have ordered directly from Burlap and Barrel have been good in the past.
