FLEXCUTMolded Leather Jackknife Sheath, for Flexcut's Carvin' Jack Knives, (JKN06)

Well made and you need this item to protect such a fine knife.

I bought this for my Carvin' Jack. It hold the tool securely with no movement. The only gripe I have is that the sticky label with the bar code was place directly on the sheath instead of on the zip lock bag it came in. This left a sticky residue on the leather that, when cleaned off, left the leather darker in that spot. Since this will be used mostly to protect the tool, it wasn't much of a big deal. Flexcut, please put the bar code label on the plastic bag.

An excellent sheath. Snug fit for the Flexcut "Jack knife" series. Nice to see some natural leather rather than black too. The snap closes securely so unless you are rolling down a hill in an old tractor tire it should be safe. Even then it probably would keep the knife safe. I have two, one for the Tri-Jack and one for the Carving Jack. Both consistently well made. Of course they will fit a variety of other knives if you want to carry a Swiss Army knife with the saw for cutting off a branch to whittle for instance. A quality product from Flexcut.

30 years ago I bought a Swiss army knife and it came with a similar sheath with a belt slip through belt holder not a clip on which is useless for an active person as it gets knocked off easily. And is all that is available in the sporting goods stores today. WTF! This one has a slip through attachment!!! Excellent
