This was just as pictured. Our friends loved this as a gift for their late family member.

I bought this for my husband who just lost his mom in sept 2020. This is his first mothers day without her. Although we are a religious family, in these early stages of grieving, he prefers not to be reminded of his loss with items such as angels, wings, butterflies or things of that sort. This was a perfect alternative to other memorial/loving memory candles (without the scriptures and being sensitive to using trigger words like “remembered”). Yes, i overthink these things. I cried when it arrived today. Its beautiful. It arrived Early and in perfect shape. The words are very uplifting. Not too obvious of a tribute piece...which is exactly what i wanted. Beautiful and fits neutrally within our home decor (on the fireplace). Cant wait to display it with a battery operated tea-light to keep lit all day on mothers day. It comes with a tea-light that ill remove. The color is nice, quality is great!! Buying another one for my neighbor!!

My step dad had passed away suddenly and I thought this would be really nice for my mom. The first one I got arrived broken. The top part has a zig-zag pattern cut into it and that's what was damaged on the first one. I contacted Amazon and they sent out another one immediately. I got the new one two days later and it was undamaged. The writing is a bit glossy like it's a decal (I don't think it is, but it does look like it) and some of the diamond shaped cut outs still had chunks of hard clay(?) attached that I had to use a screwdriver to break off all the way. I still really like the candle holder, so that's why it's 4 stars instead of 3. It's beautiful when the candle is lit inside. I gave it to my mom and she loves it. I think lighting a candle in his memory will really help with the tough days. I've attached a picture with a pen in it for scale, so people can get a visual on the size.

I really like the look of this candle and the beautiful saying on it. There is really nothing quite like it. Its stunning. The only drawback is that some of the letters have half rubbed off before I even touched it. You'd have to paint over them in acrylic paint to get it to look right. Other than that, its perfect. There are a couple of spots where originally I thought, "Oh no! Its cracked" but after running my fingers over it I realized it was just fine paint.Item comes with its own tealight for lighting and a BEAUTIFUL box for gifting.I'd definately purchase again even if I have to go over the lettering a bit.
