So much easier to clean than mats return only one side open, and dries much faster too. Will be adding another.Edited to add: I did purchase a second mat, and while it seems to work as well as the first, it is considerably thinner. Both layers have been shaved down. As I said, so far it is performing well, but if you have an older mat, the new ones are different.

I have recommended this to many people. So easy to use & clean. And my cat doesn't mind stepping on it. I've had others that she literally jumped over when she came out of the litter pan. Needless to say, those were useless. The quality and thickness are good on this. Highly recommend!

I use it on my stainless steel litter box and it’s a little too small for it. It does come folded, so you need to flatten or else it will not be flat when you put it under the litter box. It somewhat picks up the litter, but you know cats, they will always track some litter! But it is nice because any litter it picks up you can easily put back.

But overall a good product I thought it would be smaller but it's actually perfect! I put it right by where he gets out of the litter box and all the litter trails that fall of his paws Fall Right In to the mat.

I really like this mat as it helps keep the litter off of the floors that is inevitably kicked out by our kitten. It traps it between the layers and protects my floors.

It works, so that’s good, but it came folded so the front half is off the floor. Thankfully my cat isn’t deterred from using his box but every time I walk by it I just wish it was flat. I’ve tried small things to get it to flatten out but haven’t put real effort into it so I can’t say for sure if it ever will be flat, I’m sure one day I will and it will be fine, but out of the bag it’s definitely not flat

Had been wondering if these type of litter mats would be "accepted" by my cats as well as cut down on kitty litter all over the floor. Yes to both! Works great. Exceeded expectations. Have been using for a month now. No issues. Heat up the mat in the dryer for a few minute, to remove the folds/wrinkles, then lay flat with a weight (stack of books) for a half hour or so. Presto - smooth and flat, fold lines gone and won't curl up. Recommend. kjs 20jun24

it does work collecting. my old cat....would have been fine. the new cat. OMG chews everything. it lasted a week. had to throw it out so he wouldn't eat it.

I really love the idea of this. It collects cat litter on two levels and opens to make it easy and simple to empty out what's been collected. Unfortunately, it arrived folded, and weeks later it still has not flattened. Some of the efficacy has been lost because of that. Additionally, my cat hates walking on it. It was meant to be soft on kitty paws, but it's actually pretty brittle and uncomfortable to walk on. It works, but I don't know that I would re-purchase.
