This toe cover is value for money, soft and comfortable. I use medium size for my little toe as I have ongoing problems with corns which form on the out edge of the toe, and this stops it rubbing on my shoe. The smaller size is too tight and irritates my skin after a while.

comfortable but too narrow for big toe
the material is nice and helps with a toenail problem. Alas, for the big toe it is not wide enough

Useful toe protection
Purchased this for sore callous protection, to avoid rubbing in my shoes. Great product and easy to cut to size.

Lymphoedema and diabetic people - please be very careful!
I think these would be ideal for comfort for normal people's feet. If you have normal feet, probably don't bother reading the other paragraphs on this review, I would think you'll find these useful and get on fine with them. I actually got on quite well with them when I initially put them on, they felt ok and I was fairly confident that they would do the job, instead of me constantly having to apply plasters for protection. However...as the heading says, if you have lymphoedema, are diabetic, or have any condition which may make your feet more sensitive/vulnerable than a normal person, please be careful using these and perhaps read on for my reasoning...I cut them to the required size and placed one on each of my little toes (1 right, 1 left foot), to protect my little toes from my open toe compression stockings digging in. I had been using plasters for this purpose, and was getting fed up with the amount of plasters I was getting through. All seemed well with these toe protectors and they were fairly comfortable. Anybody who wears open toe compression stockings which are long enough to cover their little toe will know that they can tend to slip down the toe towards the foot when wearing, even if using stocking glue. What happened was, even though glued, the stockings slipped during wearing, and due to how tight they naturally are, they pulled the toe protectors down with them, towards the base of the toe, so that the toe protectors became bunched up at the bottom of the toes. I have to wear my stockings day AND night, and I use glue, but they still slide. Anyway, I awoke to horrible pain in both of my little toes. Upon examination, as I say, the toe protectors had bunched down at the base of the toe, and in doing so, they had formed a fairly tight, constricting band around the bottom of the toe - I could see the swelling above the band they had formed. I now have very large blisters at the top rear side of both my toes (literally about 1cm diameter). Additionally, at the base of the toes round the back, the skin had split open on both feet. So please, please, take great care if you have any medical issues which affect your feet. My son was so horrified that he literally threw the entire remaining lengths of toe protector straight into the bin, bless him.I think these would likely be a very good product for normal healthy people, but if you have medical conditions which affect your feet, swelling or diabetes etc, please use great caution and keep a very regular check on these to make sure they aren't causing any damage you may not even feel initially. These were quite comfy before I went to sleep so I didn't have any reason to think there would be a problem, but like I say, when I woke up, the damage was done and my toes were (and still are) quite painful.Overall, a great idea, and a useful product for healthy people I would think. I'd definitely suggest them to a friend, for example, if they said they needed toe protection - as long as they just kept monitoring them while wearing, to check that there weren't any adverse effects. I guess it will depend on the person as to how they get on with these.

Perfect for protecting lumpy toes
My second toe has a small bony lump caused by arthritis, and it rubs on the big toe, causing painful corns. These toe sleeves, combined with some Gehwol drops and regular abrasion, pretty much solve the problem. The medium works best for me: comfortable and stays in place. Just bought a second pack, as they do eventually get scruffy.

good protection but tricky to put on
quite tricky to put on as it is quite thick but once it was on i felt my toe was well protected.

Can be cut to size
This is just what I needed because it is that little bit larger than other tubes and fits the big toe.

Size is not at all as described
Very disappointed, it was cut already some of it and the size is not as described, it's wider and varies from one end to the other.
