Incredible detail, and great articulation.
Awesome figure of my favorite star wars character. I dont normally buy figures but this guy is amazing. His cape and skirt-tunic thingy are different types of cloth to add an effect. He has dual lightsabers, and you could get 2 hands on one lightsaber. His cowl and hood are made out of plastic, but the folds are represented amazingly. His head looks awesome. The red sash under his belt is made out of a semi-bendable plastic. The lightsaber handles have amazing detail and texture. The actual blades are nice and sturdy too. His feet, calves and knee area are covered with a cool looking platinum silver color. His thighs are dark black pants. His belt where the sash hangs from is a little loose, and made out of plastic. Again, the folds are incredibly well reflected. His chest area has some plastic, but it adds to the aesthetic. The rest is a metallic color, tinted with some light burgundy. It looks really cool. The top half of his arm is made out of plastic with well reflected folds. Then it has the burgundy armor tint. Then his hand has some armor on top, and plastic within it. Articulation is decent. You could move the head a little bit to the side or up. You could move the arm in any direction, but super high is limited by the cowl, as is head articulation. There is elbow articulation, you could turn it in any direction. The hand articulation can turn and rotate. His chest could rotate to the sides and puff up a little. His foot could move in any direction, only slightly limited by the calves. Calve articulation is great, you could move it forward and back, and slightly to the side. General leg articulation is great, you could turn it to the sides, backwards and forward. The articulation is limited though by the skirt, so watch that. This is an amazing figure.I did get it at a relatively cheap price, but this figure is definitely worth more than that. Highly recommended.

Star Wars Black Series Darth Revan
This is a fantastic release from the Black Series. Hasbro has had some stiff competition the last year from Bandai's S.H. Figuarts line, but where Hasbro has a leg up on everyone is more figures released per year, more affordable options (sometimes) and a bigger roster of characters. For example, Darth Revan here, from the Knights of the Old Republic game. Would have been cool of Hasbro to release this in a two pack with Darth Malak or Bastila Shan, they could have done it as a Target exclusive or something, not like it'd inflate the price more than it already is. Which brings me to my big gripe, the price!Certain Black Series and Marvel Legends figures just get less per case, and get scalped out of every case and end up online and the price just goes up. So for now I'm keeping mine in the box until I can find another one at a reasonable price to open and post pics of. I'm keeping mine carded on the off chance that I can't track down another one and this ends up being an R2-D2 or Darth Maul and becomes impossible to get. Granted, this is Hasbro so they'll most likely re-release this figure again down the road repackaged and what have you.So what's in the box, Darth Revan himself, aka Revan the Butcher, The Revanchist in all his Sith glory. He also comes with two lightsabers, one red and one purple. The soft goods on this figure look really good, and from what I've seen, the articulation is on par with most other Black Series figures. If you can find this figure for $30 definitely pull the trigger. It seems to be hovering around $40 and up here most of the time, and I've yet to see one in stores. Kinda sucks that this $20 figure is going for so much. I'm pretty pleased that a lot of the good Black series figures are around $15, that's great for army building. This figure comes FULLY APPROVED.

Great for Old Republic Fans
Revan fan here. I got this as a collector’s item and so far have kept it inside the box to keep it in good condition. The package arrived without damage and the box is in good shape (not perfect if you’re looking for mint condition, but since I’ll eventually take it out of the box, I’m not concerned with the slight scratch on the top middle of the box.)The figure itself is in great condition. It’s packaged well and securely with nothing out of place. For an action figure, it’s really well-designed using both plastic and fabric. It’s quite detailed and the paint job is done well (not flawless, as some of the black from his chest piece bleeds over onto his gold wrist wrap, but it’s done better than the majority of figures I’ve seen.)All in all, this is a great item for Old Republic fans. The Black Series has really improved in the quality of its Star Wars figures lately, and I hope they continue to release items from a typically under-appreciated era.

Perfect Representation
So far, this is Hasbro's fourth (I think) Sith lord. There is a wonderful amount of detail on the figure from the weathered mask to the (intentionally) torn cape. Head movement is pretty restricted, due to the plastic hood, and the elbows are standard single-jointed, so not a lot of articulation there, either. Other than that, though, the figure is pretty awesome, and good for playing or for display. He also has two (two!) capes, both of which are nicely tattered and weathered (he is also very detailed under and behind the capes), and two lightsabers, one purple and one red, each with a detailed hilt and a transparent plastic blade, which is not removable. All in all, this is a great figure, 5/5 stars. If you can get him for under 20 bucks, get him, if not, he's probably not worth it. Thanks for reading my review!
