Ive had these for a few weeka now. And the arent bad just thought they would be better

I love it.

Within the second week after purchase, the flat iron caught on fire while . Which burned off the strands of hair that were inside the iron. But I must applaud Amazon, they handled the issue with professionalism and empathy.

This is not a good iron. When I received the iron, I immediately started using it and it stopped working the same day. I requested a replacement iron and that one done the same thing. Very Poor quality

After only a couple is used the moulding around the plates began to burn!!! Not sure if it's a defect or what!! I want a refund I don't even trust another iron
