BioMed HealthFemi-Yin for Menopause Tablets, 60 Count

This was suggested to me by a friend when I started experiencing pre-menopausal symptoms - insomnia, hot flashes, menorrhagia, feeling like crying all the time, etc. I started taking one tablet in the morning when I first got up (take on an empty stomach). It worked, but I also have IBS and it was a bit hard on my stomach so I throttled back to half a tablet and gradually worked my way up to one. During certain times of the month, I take 1-1/2 or 2 per day. I have trouble with hormone replacement and my GYN was unable to suggest any other traditional treatments. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, I highly recommend giving this a try.

By far one of the BEST products I have located for hormone hot flash relief, I do follow the recommendation dose 2x a day and it truly does help. Along with quitting hot coffee during cold instead;) stay cool and drink lots of water. Good luck! Don’t be afraid to try it, it’s worth it!

I was hoping to find something that could get me through the rockiness of menopause. Femi-Yin worked VERY well for me for about 7 months. I began with 2 a day, then increased to 3 a day a couple months ago. My heat flashes/night sweats have returned with a vengeance, and after trying many products before Femi-Yin, am headed to the doctor now. However, I highly recommend this product. It brought me blessed comfort for some time before the hormones got to be too much for even Femi-Yin. I figure that between this and other products, I 'bought' about 18 months without having to resort to hormones to see me through the worst of it.

This product seems to really help me, (unless it’s just all in my head) but hey I’m all for trying and was told at a health food store that several women “had” to have it, so I was game to try and really feel a difference if I run out for about 3-4 days, that’s why I’m ordering today!

Stuck with it through two bottles but no change. I took as directed on the bottle. I also took just at night because I suffer more at night and still no change.
