The chair is awesome, very comfortable. Great design and sturdy but I did receive it damaged. It seems like the back of the chair was pressed against one of the parts in the box when it was shipped to me. I don’t want to return it as it is a hassle for me and i need the chair so I’m stuck with it damaged out of the box :/Update: I was refunded 45CAD for the damages which was about 20% of the cost. Quick and friendly response from support!

Chair looks nice and is comfortable enough. I did have a problem where the chair would drop down whenever you sat on it. Customer service sent a new piston out. Then, after several months of just sitting on the lowest setting I finally decided to give it a shot putting the new piston in. It looked welded in to I contacted customer service again. They instructed me to pretty much beat it with a hammer until it lost it's will to live. It was not easy, but after about 20 minutes of hard hammering I was about to give up. I gave it a very light frustration tap and the damn thing fell out. So, now I'm sitting in my chair at an appropriate height with a new piston in it. If it gives out, I'll update the review but for now I'm happy with the quality of the chair and thrilled by the quick response from the seller every time I contacted them.

Perfect chair for a taller man. The quality jd unbelievably nice. Perfect for a gamer. Comfort high quality. Easy to assemble. Amazing deal. Must buy if you are a gamer because my fiancé loved it. Fast arrival and amazon exchanged the color for us within a day of ordering without having to return and order again. The comfort I must say is high quality and the materials are high quality feeling. The parts are heavy duty not just cheap parts. They are strong. I loved this order I made him so happy. Expect to have to replace this in about 2-3 years, but still overall happy with the purchase. Know what you're buying before you do.

Putting the chair together is pretty basic and simple with all the tools included, extra parts and instructions that takes about 20 to 30 minutes.Sitting in the chair for the first time felt right, it’s soft and hugs you into position,it feels like a Subaru car seat. You can adjust the armrest to go higher or lower you can also adjust the back for a lay down position or any other angle in between straight up, It also comes with a neck pillow and a bigger lower lumbar support pillow. If you add the card for a one-year warranty within 14 days you’re guaranteed to be happy, out of every chair I have tried from Walmart to OfficeMax this one felt perfect and I was extremely happy I didn’t need to return it. My only gripe is the pull out legrest iis not quite long enough and it’s kind of flimsy I’m 5”7 it still works though, also I would add a little bit of padding onto the armrest so you’re not just having your arms / elbows on plastic. In all this chair looks extremely nice it is comfortable and it is easy to put together with durable framing and screw holes, I recommend this to anyone who is on a budget or just needs a good chair
