Long lasting with battery life and I use it all the time for work. I only have to charge it once a week at most. Even then the lowest it's gotten to was 30% before I end up charging it. Does take a few hours to charge but with how long it holds, it's worth it. 100% worth the money.

Highly recommend great quality. So long lasting. I'm always on the go. Never near a charger/ wall outlet. This is great. Last 8 hours & longer some days. And that's what I really need. Love the texture easy to hold with bad hands. Light enough to carry all day in a pocket or even a bag.

Heavy duty. Might weigh down your sling bag but if you’re carrying a backpack then this is no problem. Can charge my phone a couple of times over my camping weekend and still had some juice!

With an aging smartphone, a good backup battery is essential. This Energizer pack does the job well in a good form factor. Sized like a thick phone with nicely rounded edges and a grippy texture make it comfortably pocketable.My old one was blocky and uncomfortable to carry - this one is much better.One quirk is the initial charging. It arrived at 70% and took about 3 hours to get to 99%. It then took nearly five hours more to get to 100%. Second charge was somewhat quicker to 99% but still took an hour to get to 100%. Subsequent charges show a minimal delay to get from 99% to 100%. Odd behavior but worth noting when new.Energizer claims smart self-protection. Hope that isn't an empty claim. My previous unit self destructed when connected to a defective device. One feature i like is that the battery pack shuts off when phone is fully charged rather than continuously trickling power to devices plugged in, preserving backup power.

The battery was charged when received so I was able to use it to charge several navigation devices.Later I was unable to charge it using the provided cable. The instructions were useless for troubleshooting. Eventually, I found and used a cable from a speaker that worked.Contacted the manufacturer who advised me to return the battery and cable to Amazon and get a replacement. They refused to send me a working cable.Not the best customer service experience

I've had this for a bit now. I can say that this is by far a lot of the basic off brands that you can buy 2 of for the same price. There is no drainage of the battery if it sits for a number of weeks or longer,The only issue is how long it takes to charge. If your using the usb charging port on a computer, it's going to take far longer than using a power brick to charge it. But be prepared for a long wait to fully charge.Some have mentioned the iPhone being an issue, but I haven't had any issues. I do recommend this charger if you need to a battery pack.

I bought this battery because it is 20,000 mah, fits in a back pocket and is ideal for plane travel. I prefer 30,000 and 40,000 mah devices but airlines do not allow devices in that size range so a 20,000 is perfect for flying. I was surprised to discover this as I rarely fly, my Oct 2022 flight was my first since 2004 and my fifth in my lifetime. I carry 30k and 40k devices on the bicycle 🚲, in the car and on Greyhound but this is great for ✈️ flight or for bike rides of 30 miles or shorter. It is durable too.

Haven't had this product more than 3 months and it totally stopped working . This has not been used in excess either.
