Defective Products
I ordered one of these and loved it however it was through another seller. I then reordered another 3 through "buy again" and the order went through to a different seller. After waiting a month or so, I only received 2 (not 3 for which I paid for) and both of the items were damaged. Also they were not the same as the first one I ordered. Why did Amazon direct me through to a different seller as that is not what I wanted. I have not heard back from the seller. Am furious.
