Beautiful elegant faucet
Bought this as a used item for less than half the price. Only issue with the used item was the box was damaged. Didn't matter as the faucet was still new and it looks and functions beautifully. The stream and spray is stronger than our other faucet. We bought this because our current faucet angled downwards which cause excessive spraying all over our counter. This faucet angles slightly and we no longer have the problem over water splashing all over our sink or counters. The rotation is smooth and the pull down retracts really nicely. Quality of this piece is excellent, highly recommend it.

Love it!
I was looking for black and silver and couldn't find one in any of the usual stores, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Found this one ... it's solid, beautiful, I love how high it is and it doesn't leak! It's sleek and stylish! Before and after pics attached.

these are culls
Note this is called "the Kraus Store" at the top of the ad but it's nothing to do with Kraus actually, and once you check your fine print the company shipping it has a different name. So the nice card that comes in the box telling you to call Kraus to get any help you need... not applicable. It's like buying it out of someone's trunk in a parking lot.I had the same issue as another review mentioned, the end was sealed (I'm not sure what it's called, the "head"? the final piece where the water comes out anyway lol). So water shot out the seam instead. Wasted time swapping it for the old faucet then putting the old one back when this one didn't work, ugh. I had to pay $15 for a replacement end and $15 for shipping it (yay amazon though, they refunded the money). I wouldn't count on being able to buy replacement ends because they said this style was discontinued 7 years ago. But I was able to get one and so far so good. Pretty faucet and easy to install so in the end I am happy. Took some fuss though. After a couple months I'm back to say I would never buy a Kraus faucet again! It's a terrible design. Gorgeous, and the handle is great (that was my priority- a handle I could use with my elbow when my hands are coated in filth) but it's infuriating in every other way.1-The water doesn't come out straight down but at a 30 degree angle or so, and then it rebounds sideways according to the laws of physics, and the splashing omg the splashing! Even with an apron my shirt belly is wet after doing dishes and we have to wipe the counter down just from washing hands or filling the kettle or some small task like that.2-The retractable hose is weighted (not pulled by a spring like my old faucet) and doesn't come out very far. It's very hard to wrestle it with the weight pulling against you.3-There's a plastic u-joint where the head meets the hose, which feels very fragile, so I'm nervous to bend it much. Without much flexibility there or slack in the hose, honestly this doesn't do anything a plain faucet with a swivel head wouldn't do. I like a retractable hose so I can spray soap suds off big soup pots and things like that, so the usual action involves pulling the hose out full length and aiming it back toward the sink, but that plastic u-joint seems very stressed when I do this and the hose length and resistance makes things clumsy. Reaching over to say, fill a kettle on the counter because the sink is full of dishes or food being prepped, is not possible with this like it was with our old faucet, nor is reaching to fill a water cooler jug set on a chair nearby. I'm serious when I say it's no better than a swivel head. Absolutely useless.4- One thing moves very well- the faucet will pivot side to side if you even breathe on it. Very annoying when I try to swing it out of the way while rinsing something, and push a bit too hard, then it pivots so far it's pouring onto the counter!I think this company spends too much time designing the look of their products and no time designing the function and durability.

Excellent robinet. Très élégant. La poignée rétractable est tres bien ajustée et rentre bien après avoir été tirée. Très bonne qualité.
