Q: Is the bow tie and pocket napkin removable?

Bow tie yes , not pocket napkin , we purchased recently dress is good but they have cloth stickers outside that's not good , we tried to remove that we end up cutting cloth too

Q: My son is 2 years old, however, he looks like 3. I want to know if this suit is exact size

I bought this for my 6 month old at the time and it was a little bigger but not by much.

Q: Does the onesie stretch?

I would say that the waistband is elastic but it gets twisted easy and the bottoms look more like sweatpants than dress pants. I hope this helped.
