Nice placemat for special occasions. Love the gold color and octagon shape.
It is nice. If I'd be extra nitpicky I just don't like the plastic linoleum smell. Perhaps a few washes will remove it. I also don't like the back part which was left bare and not having the same gold color as the front which kind of makes it look cheap. Gold color might fade later on but perhaps after a long time and will not be outrightly too visible. Of course this is only for style and nothing to do with the functionality of catching any food drops as it will for sure go through. Overall it's good for my intended purpose.
