Nutricost Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) 500mg, 240 Capsules - Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Flush Free Vitamin B3

I have been taking this product for about 6 months now, and I plan on taking it for much longer. I have not been paid, have not been given any free product, have not even talked to the seller or maker of this product. Decided to try it after reading scholarly and anecdotal articles about NAD supplements. Dose has been 1 (one) 500MG capsule of this brand every morning faithfully for 6 months.First, I have not noticed a single bad side effect. No flushing, no gastro problems, no negative mental side effects, nadda.Here's what I did notice on the plus side (and since there's no double blind study, this is anecdotal): Increased energy, both mentally and physically. Heightened attention, which is my biggest plus... since I honestly have a touch of attention deficit disorder. At work this is where I notice that the most. Procrastination of simple tasks just because I'd rather poke around on Facebook or look for deals on the web, or forums, and many other things. I still do that to some degree, but it's much, much less pronounced. I focus better at day to day tasks, and found myself much more engaged, productive and entertaining at meetings, many of which I usually lead. I notice hangovers are much less uncomfortable. I'm now in my 50's and have noticed wrinkles on my face have diminished, mostly those crows feet and eye "bags" and wrinkle bunches. I am convinced my fingernails grow faster! I'm not bald, but thinning somewhat. That's one area this doesn't seem to have any affect, I don't think my hair has thickened. So that's my honest opinion about my experience. And this stuff is inexpensive as well. Oh, and I can't say it has improved sleep, I generally don't have sleep problems.

They are very well made not cheap. Nice to have an assortment in a case. Well worth it for me.

I bought these because I have searched and searched so many different things to help with Rosacea. I’ve had rosacea for as long as I can remember. For those of you who don’t know what rosacea is, there are two different types. Type one rosacea is vascular rosacea meaning some blood vessels in the face are visible and cause redness. Type two rosacea is inflammatory which includes the blood vessels in the face are visible, causing redness, but you also have pimple like bumps. I have type one rosacea and it’s horrible. I have tried so many different prescription creams/pills from dermatologist, tried cutting certain things out of my diet (dairy, alcohol, and processed foods all trigger and increase redness with rosacea as these foods can be inflaming), sensitive skin products, and even laser treatment one time. The laser treatment helped, but it didn’t last forever and I would like to get it again (again $$$). I tried these thinking they may help has Niacinamide is really good for the skin. I’ve taken these consistently since the beginning of February (over a month) and haven’t seen a change in my skin. I dont think I’ll repurchase these, but will update my review if anything changes

GOLD in a capsule ! My dermatologist recommended these as a part of my skin regimen. THEY WORK along with other vitamins too. Capsule is on the bigger size and they smell funky.

I am a overmethylator Took one at night and gave me a major calming effect. I will let you know how I sleep tonight. I am the type who wakes up multiple times per night d/t my issue. I’m hopeful. Have finally gotten to the bottom of my sleep and anxiety issues
