SCP Foundation Artbook Series by ParaBooks is based on an ambitious international web project scpwiki.com. This volume wrapped in black leather imitation and a dust jacket contains such famous objects as The Shy Guy, The Sculpture, Hard-to-Destroy Reptile, Able, Cain, and many other monstrous creatures and intriguing stories that will send a chill down your spine. Read detailed reports imitating real SCP Foundation documents, complemented by additional infographic materials, and illustrated by professional artists from all around the world. The book is designed with great care to look like an authentic research journal. You can even write your name on it! This is one of the three artbooks published by ParaBooks team during their IndieGoGo crowdfunding campaign. The project was a great success, and almost 30,000 copies were sold so far. I don’t know everything they went through to get them published but I’m left wondering why it so expensive?! Ex: My kiddo also has the illustrated books offered in the Harry Potter series and those are bigger, also beautiful to behold, AND come in at around $25 each! Sooooo…as much as I would like to complete the set of SCP books, I might have wait on another government stimulus check or winning lotto numbers to support the effort of the artists/creators. Extremely well done!
My kiddo is OBSESSED with the SCP foundation and I was hesitant about the price of the book but I have to admit, it is very well done. It’s hardback, coffee table sized, and beautifully (if not terrifyingly) illustrated. That being said, it’s a three book series and at $60 bucks a pop, it’s pretty steep. I'll tell you why the book is 60 bones
Sorry for the bad photos I took. The book itself is of an amazing quality. Some people wonder why it's so expensive, and that's because multiple artists (24 are acknowledge at the end of the book) we're commissions to make art that is exclusive to this book. Yeah, your paying for the quality, but your also paying for the top quality art to. And if your a smart individual, you should know that art is a skill just like welding and cooking and any other difficult job. It's an amazing book with amazing art, and honestly I felt like I was getting and amazing deal. 11/10 stars

My 6 year old son is hooked on the SCP series...
My 6 year old son has been watching these SCP videos on youtube for over a year, when he asked for this book after getting the last two..I was like cool, he's going to be scared at night to sleep reading this stuff...my wife actually reads these to him, and he's not really scared he's more interested in learning about the weird beings in the books. (be careful as other kids might be really scared of the pictures in these books) some of the material is weird. hey at some point hollywood that's run out of new ideas will be making a movie about this stuff...all this from youtube videos online ...wow.

Worth it
It may seem like a lot of money, but the quality of everything is amazing. The art, the layouts, the details, and even the cover/pages are nice and thick. Even if you aren't too familiar with SPCs they do a great job of giving explanations and diagrams to get a better understanding. I bought all 3 and it's totay worth it!

A must have
Love SCP Fondation! I wish there was a running volume based version of this that wasn't so expensive. I hope Parabooks focuses there next book series on author collections like Rounderhouses Red Tape: 0 minutes to Midnight collection even though it not finished or a book dedicated to just 001 proposals.

Worth every penny for fans of the SCP universe
The art inside this book is stunning and the mock files help bring the lore behind the SCP universe to life. It has been a favorite of my gaming son. It’s inspirational for the budding artists and storytellers.

Incredible book
My sons are really into the SCP foundation and this book didn’t disappoint. It was expensive but so beautiful. They actually put down their phones to read this book. The art is great and it adds stories and information not on the SCP website.
