Enjoying the book and vocabulary. With HSK 3 you will be learning new words and characters you already know, but combined to mean different words

The pros:Story's good. Beautiful illustrations. Easy to follow along, even if you don't know all the characters.Cons:I'd like longer stories. Also, I'd really love some more complex grammar. Even some 雖然 or 不管 action. It feels like the lack of complex grammar makes the emotion of the story a little one-note.

This is a great series and exactly what I was looking for. Very challenging to find good graded readers and mostly because most are boring. Just the right reading material to survive HSK 3.
