This was a great concept, and I got this as a gift for our 2 year old granddaughter. Received it very quickly, she loves playing with it and overall I am happy with the product.Just a few things-I wish the casing around the letters stuck inside the squares so the kids know where the letters go (to start helping her learn to spell her name). Otherwise she can put any letter anywhere which seems counterproductive so I am going to try and superglue the square casing peices. See pic for a visual on what I mean by this.I also wish they held in place a little more precisely. I don't know how to explain it but they don't have that tell tale snap, they're a little hard to get in place.One of the letters came damaged and the seller was extremely efficient and sent me a new one within days.

This puzzle is so cute but the pieces do not go easily in and out of the board. I had to hammer the pieces in to get them to fit and you can't even get them out to use as a puzzle. Still cute but doesn't function well.

Ordered with the name and animal was disappointed at the roughness of the edges and not such great quality for young children use

I got four of these as Christmas gifts for my nieces and they quality is really good and they loved them as presents.

The media could not be loaded.  I would have been satisfied if the letter's we're attached to the square base they arrived in,the pieces do not lock in like a puzzle. I'm going to glue the square base down so my 3 year old can lock the letter's in. The item is just okay, arrived before the estimated date 👍🏾

Absolutely love it - The perfect way to teach a child how to spell their name or learn the letters of the alphabet- Great craftsmanship and vibrant colors - PERFECT!

So the letters are stock letters - the template is blank and they just throw in the letters for the name you picked. My mistake for not reading more reviews. I won't be getting another one.
