Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Board book – Picture Book, October 4, 2016

My 5 year old is obsessed with the Rudolph movie so I added this Rudolph book to our Christmas book collection this year. She wants to read it just about every day. This edition is well worth the price over the cheaper Rudolph books Amazon has because the hardback cover keeps it from getting bent up in the bookshelf and the illustrations are beautiful and look just like the movie. This book also does a great job of summarizing the main points of the story and the text per page is perfect length for a preschool child or older to sit through.The only thing I was a little unhappy about was that the picture of Rudolph on the front is actually a sticker and because the book cover has a texture to it, I could see that falling off eventually. Otherwise, this is a wonderful retelling of one of the best Christmas stories of all time and any Rudolph fan would enjoy it.

I am so grateful to have been able to find and purchase this wonderful 50th Anniversary edition of this holiday classic! For a 10 year old book, I think it came in fine condition, and all the pages had brilliant full color photos that literally seemed to jump off the page.I’ve read some of the others reviews on here & many have complained about little marks here or there, and I am sorry but I had to laugh 😂!This book is a 10 year old hardcover limited edition printed in 2014. No where in the description does it say “mint condition” or anything like that. Furthermore, I hold a classic in my hands that was delivered to my door for $10.00….something that I’ve seen my entire childhood and beyond and a beautiful keepsake!I couldn’t be more thrilled to own this piece and I thank you sincerely for whomever shipped it to me.

This book came in the mail today and my son (almost 4 years old) has already had me read it 4 times! I should add that much to my dismay, my son is usually a rather reluctant reader. So much so that under normal circumstances, he actually cries if we buy him a new book. We ordered this book and a light up Rudolph stuffed animal. He is in love with both. I was hesitant to order this book at first because we also have the little golden book version, but this book is much nicer and I am very happy that I bought it. The best part is cuddling and reading together. I would read this story 100 times today just for the cuddles alone.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY ISSUE AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE AND I RECEIVED THE REGULAR ISSUE. THE BOOK IS BEAUTIFUL, BUT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Bought this book and it’s a great book, built really well, should stand a change against my daughter for a few years!

This is just the best. From the artwork, to the story. It brings me back to childhood.

My husband loves the original movie, so we bought this for our daughter. The gold sheen on the cover and the thick sturdy binding are really beautiful.The pages are full of color and look just like scenes from the movie. They don't leave out a single scene, unlike a lot of other Rudolph books. Definitely a classic Christmas present!

A great book for the holidays

Libro precioso, en tapa dura y de muy buena calidad. Historia que hacia tiempo que andaba buscando en papel. Es una tv movie del 1964. Yo la conocí cuando estudiaba la carrera en la universidad.Desde entonces la explico a mis alumnos de primaria en ciclo inicial y ciclo medio. Les encanta y en los conciertos de Navidad del cole siempre cae la canción relacionada con esta historia.

The art is movie-accurate, and the cover of the book is a really nice quality. I purchased this as a gift for a person who loves the movie and they were not disappointed.Would recommend this for anyone who loves the Holidays.
