Posture Corrector for Women and Men, Adjustable upper back straightener posture corrector and Providing Pain Relief from Neck, Shoulder, and Upper Back (S/M)

I've had a neck injury (similar to whiplash) and because of ongoing issues I tend to hunch. I've been looking for something that would help with my posture.I’ve tried other products, but always find the straps dig in under my arms and make me sore.I thought I would try Vicorrect posture corrector. This certainly helps and because of the shape and design the is no discomfort under my arms. The straps are curved and shaped to give comfort and support. The underarm straps do end up doubling over slightly but this is still the most comfortable I have tried, because of the fabric composition.I feel supported and there is a noticeable difference when I wear the corrector. I have immediate relief in my neck and back, and I am standing upright.Do take the advice and start with wearing it for 30 minutes a day and slowly increase the daily wearing time, you will then feel and notice the benefits.I'm a UK size 14, and after reading other reviews I ordered the L/XL, but realised after a couple of days it was too big for me.I contacted the company and they have sent me the smaller size free of charge.Really great and quick customer service!The cost is not a big outlay, so if you have any doubt, just try it, I think you will be happy with the results.

Only had a few days but appears to improve posture, pulling shoulders and upper back more upright. Find it pinches under the arms and can only wear for about an hour. Seems well designed apart fro the pinching.

After many years of severe upper back & shoulder pain caused by my bust size, which although not enormous, is big in proportion to my small body frame, I came across this brace and it's been nothing short of miraculous.Although otherwise physically fit & fully mobile, I'd reached the stage where my back & shoulders were so painful when I walked that every time I went out I had to find somewhere to sit and lean back & rest every few minutes - which resulted in me reluctant to even leave the house! Painkillers didn't do anything and who wants to be on those continuously? Even the most supportive sports bras didn't work as well as this.When my brace arrived, I followed the instructions religiously. I immediately found it very comfortable (S/M) and couldn't even feel I had it on, but didn't want to overdo it too soon so took it off after 30 mins & gradually increased the wearing times over the next couple of weeks.As expected (and it tells you this in the guide) the pain did worsen for a day so but I perservered & now there's so much improvement, it's amazing. I do supplement it with stretching exercises but not while I'm wearing it! The guide also tells you not to exercise with it on. I wear it whenever I leave the house and now don't have to stop and rest my back at all. I'm hoping that eventually my muscles will be able to cope on their own.As it's winter at the moment, I wear it over a t-shirt with a sweater on top, not directly next to my skin.Many reviews say it cuts in under the arms, but if it does, all you need to do is just sew the straps in a bit to make them narrower (see image.)Neoprene fabric does have a slight odour but it's hardly noticeable to me and imo a very small trade-off to be finally free of many years of pain.I've just ordered a second one.For anyone deciding whether to get one, this is my take:*Buy the correct size or it won't be comfortable.*Follow the guide exactly and don't leave it on too long at first*Look carefully at how it adjusts - it's fully adjustable in 3 places - ribcage and both shoulder straps.*There's no need to torture yourself & cut off your circulation by pulling it too tight! It can be comfortable & still work!*Don't wear it at the gym (like one reviewer here did.)*Be patient - Rome wasn't built in a day.

Did not work for me, however nothing to say it wont work for someone else. Comfortable for about an hour continuous wear before it starts to be uncomfortable under arms. Well made and is exactly as stated in ad.

This item will fit people differently depending on their body. I wasn't sure which size to order but after reading reviews I ordered a S/M and it was the right size for me. It's comfortable and doesn't chaff or restrict movement in any way. The instructions are to only wear it for twenty minutes to start with and it's interesting that it does create memory muscle for a better posture. It's designed for this purpose and not as a permanent support. This definitely works for me.

Don't even bother, this will do nothing with your posture. How I know that and you may don't? When I was a child I had to wear something like this, but it was completely pulling back my shoulders, it was holding me completely straight, I was wearing all day long without issues and it helped my posture as I was having Sheuermann syndrome. Now I wanted to buy it for my son. Simply the solution in the back is completely different compred to what I had and worked great, this is nowhere does anything similar to that one.That was a device created for people with spine issues. And I never saw anything similar on Amazon. I saw it on a website in that country (a hungarian site) where I was living as a child and they were great in treating people with spine issues, especially children in the clinic I was a patient of, it was a Clinic in Budakeszi (In Budapest). My issue was eliminated with the right physio exercises (I trained for years, during all my childhood) and I loved my posture corrector as it helped me when I was tired and just wanted to drop my shoulders. This is trash, and the others too. If you need something like this, I would advice you to ask for help from a physio therapist or the family doctor. I was wearing that over a t-shirt under my other clothes, no one ever suspected I am wearing anything, but it helped a lot. I sometimes still missing it.

Very good quality product. Just unfortunate it digs into my arm pits so unable to use.
