perfect for greek life
I used this to paint and give to my big. It was a good size, maybe a little smaller than I thought it was going to be. Quality is very nice. It was a bit difficult to paint at times because the wood was a bit rough, but overall a perfect (and cheap) option for greek life paddles! A small piece of sandpaper wouldβve been helpful, but it didnβt really affect the look of the paddle.

A cheap paddle
If you are looking for a cheap paddle to slap a coat of paint on then this is for you. I tried to get wood-worky with this one and ended up destroying most of it. If you are looking for something to carve and modify I would look for a higher quality one, but if you want a small cheap paddle this will work fine.

good wood firmness great for CNC or lazer etching
I needed something this size for a memento and this had a good firmness (not too soft but not rock) and this worked well.

TOO SMALL FOR PRICE
READ THE MEASUREMENTS BEFORE BUYING! A few people including myself bought this for our sorority initiation paddles to decorate and the standard size is usually 2FT ones which retail about $15 CAD. So seeing this one for $12 had us thinking it would be the same size. Itβs a tiny paddle ahahah! Waste of money meep but out fault for not reading the small print in the description! As you can see in the picture the right one is from Amazon and the left one was from a craft store which is the standard Greek life paddle size!

Very cheaply made
I wasn't expecting to paddle a canoe or haze a freshman with this thing, but honestly I expected something a little more. It's very cheap and thin, and looks like it was made by a middle school student in shop class. I guess it's fun for an art project, but overpriced.
