I am very glad I found this product which comes in the gel form. It is very easy to swallow, even though it is rather big it goes down easily. I like to take turmeric for the anti-inflammatory effects. Just a caution to people who are on blood thinners… Turmeric will also thin the blood a little bit so use with caution or ask your physician first before taking it. I do like the product and it keeps my inflammation and pain at bay. I am a retired registered nurse who practiced for 43 years. I am currently 69 years old and I find the product to be very useful.

Turmeric has become one of those supplements that you don't expect much from. But this one surprised me. It's been improving my skin. Helps dark circles under the eyes too. I definitely will buy again.

I purchased these as a supplement to see if it would help alleviate the pain in the joints of my fingers due to arthritis. However, after the entire bottle was gone, the pain still remained, so either the product was ineffective or not the right one for my condition.
