I bought two packs of this paper to fold 1000 paper cranes for my sister's wedding. I agree with other reviewers that this paper isn't QUITE square - but it's pretty dang close. Since the sides are white on white, it was hard to tell unless you looked at them closely. The paper also doesn't crease perfectly. It kind of wrinkles along the creases - much like computer paper would.Overall, the paper was great for what I needed for. But if you are looking for paper that will give you ABSOLUTE precision, this may not be your best choice.

While these do not all necessarily meet the Japanese standards for typical origami paper texture and size, they did the job for us in making nearly 1000 paper cranes for our wedding that included multiple Japanese elements. They work well for beginners as my husband and his aunt were easily able to fold many of these on their own after a quick lesson. As I mentioned, the texture of these papers aren't like traditional origami papers, so when you fold them it is very difficult to crease nicely and once you do it is difficult to fix if you make any mistakes. And as they are white with no pattern, any mistakes ar pretty obvious. Overall, these will do the job for the price.

I was looking for paper to make cranes for my wedding. It's hard to find 500 sheets of 6 in by 6 in origami paper in white for an affordable price so I was excited to see that it was available on amazon. I was excited when the product arrived quickly through prime. However, I was disappointed in the quality of paper received. It felt like cheap printer paper. Origami paper usually has a silkiness to it and is light weight and easy to fold. This paper is not easy to fold. I ended up using it anyways since I couldn't find origami paper in Texas but if there had been a better alternative I would have gone with it.For the price, it's not a bad product. You get what you pay for.

This is not real origami paper. It feels and looks like plain copy paper. Hard to fold. Real White Japanese style origami paper is white, white in front and the inside is plain, off-white in color. Real one is also easy to fold and smooth to touch. I guess for price, is okay if you're not looking to make a lot of origami crafts with it.

I needed to purchase white origami paper and this seemed like a decent price. The package of paper was half torn open and papers were bent. This is really unacceptable considering how the paper will be used. It is a bit stiff but that’s alright to practice with for origami projects needing stiffer but pliable paper. As of this moment, I can’t attest to consistent accuracy of paper cuts, I’ll have to update later.

I'm not an expert on origami paper but I think this is the best option for what I needed, which are wedding crafts. They arrived ok, no damage during transport, but the plastic around it is so thin It arrived open already, I hope all 500 sheets are here because I need all of them. This is the best price I could find though.

Seriously disappointed. Another origami brand with NON-SQUARE paper! If you're selling origami, they need to be precise. Growing up in Japan always folding origami, never had trouble, but I don't know how it's so difficult to find a square origami brand here in the states. I have to cute EACH OF 500 SHEETS so they are perfect for me cranes. Plus this paper is like cheap printing paper....

Not totally square and the paper isn’t great quality. I’d recommend the Doura 750 multipack over this one, although I haven’t found a good option for all one color in bulk

This is definitely not origami paper, it does not crease nor does it have the silky touch origami paper has. As said in other reviews, it's just plain white printer paper cut out and it wrinkles along every single crease you make.I guess it does get the job done but it is not perfect the way origami should be so I would not recommend it.

Great product
