It took me some time to figure out my perfect shade (the balance between the skin I’d like to have and the one I actually have) — a bit of a personal dilemma. But I finally admitted that I’m somewhere between 0.5-1, the lightest skin tone. This foundation suits me so perfectly that people often think I’m wearing no foundation at all — it looks so natural and beautiful! The truth is, without it, I’d have enlarged pores, freckles, wrinkles, dark circles, and pimples. Oh my… but this foundation covers it all, so effortlessly and naturally. I love it for its effectiveness and great price. It’s so affordable and addictive that I haven’t tried any other foundation in the last 5 years!

I absolutely love this tinted serum. It's very easy to apply, and holds lovely all day with a tiny bit of setting powder on top. Lightweight and non drying, and what's very important for me - it doesn't gather in wrinkles. Coverage isn't heavy, more of a skin evening effect, so wouldn't work on acne or scars. Colour match if fabulous. I have very fair skin tone and always struggle, but this serum literally feels like second skin.Female, 43, wearing 0,5-2 shade.

Good lightweight foundation, I have pale skin and use the lightest shade, doesn’t look yellow on skin. Bottle lasts a long time, only downside is it makes you look quite oily at the end of the day so make sure you wear powder. Easy to apply with a beauty blender or brush. Good for ‘no makeup’ makeup looks. Is quite watery so you need to use a lot of it

This foundation has got to be one of the best foundations I have ever purchased. I've been wearing foundation daily for the best part of 10 years and have finally found THE one.I ordered a shade 3-4 wearily my previous foundation I was using was very light and I found I always felt like a ghost as the match wasn't right for me. 3-4 is perfect for my skin tone, it's peachy yet light and doesn't drain the colour away. This blends perfectly into the neck/ear areas for myself and you can barely notice that I am wearing any foundation as it's got a lovely glowing finish without feeling "sticky" so to speak.I love the fact that it hydrates my skin while being worn as I have combination skin and I find that it supports all areas of my skin wonderfully. This can be worn for 12+ hours, outdoors in harsh conditions like wind, running around for things like work which I find really impressive.This isn't entirely full coverage as blemishes are still slightly visible but I find that it brings a balance to my skin and tones down redness to make my acne seem less aggravated - so for anyone who is looking not to hide their skin but boost their complexion this would be the foundation for you.

Ok so i am soon to be 54 and as a hairdresser i’ve always worn makeup but as i’ve got older i can’t stand the feel of it on my face plus with the menopause and hot sweats it’s just pointless doing a full face of makeup when it falls off your face after half an hour 😂 my under eyes have become an issue aswell because anything to heavy sits in them creases like concrete on a brick wall which is not the most flattering. I’ve used so many from charlotte tilbury, mac, giorgio armani, nyx, elf, rimmel etc etc from high end too low end. My most recent favourite is/was Huda beauty blur effect although perfect results felt slightly heavy and expensive! so had been looking for a more serum effect that’s lighter on my skin. This ticks all the boxes for me it feels like it’s just moisturiser on my face totally weightless but covers perfectly it is buildable if you prefer a more fuller coverage i’d say light to medium, what impressed me the most is its skincare properties in the foundation anything that is healthy for my skin is 10/10. When i removed my makeup last night my skin felt lovely which is a first for me ever, it’s totally value for money aswell. will be buying this again for sure my new go to most perfect skin match aswell. Definitely recommend 💯

I love, love, love this foundation. This has became one of my holy grail. Love the skincare aspect and added hyaluronic acid especially for the autumn/winter season. I am 47 with hyperpigmentations on combination oily/normal skin, very minor textured but with no fine lines or wrinkles. I normally opt for something more coverage to hide the sun damaged spots, this has a light coverage — a debatable medium if you layer it up. I also normally would avoid any product that advertise as "glowy" or "dewy", even though this product contains shimmer it doesn't make me oily and still looks great at the end of the day. It is truly like my skin but better.However, the shade range is horrible, how is this true match?!? I initially bought 2-3 Light, it was too dark for me (maybe if i tan in the summer?). So I bought the lightest shade 0.5-2 Very Light but this is too light for me. 1-2 Rosy Light was waaaay too pink. For reference, I'm a Fenty Pro Filt'r 185, L'Oreal Infallible Freshwear 100 Linen — Fair Light with neutral leaning warm undertone. I end up having to mix the 2 shades together, if you can find your shade or able to mix two, stop reading this and buy it!

This is the best foundation for a high-street cost.Its really hydrating but still has good coverage.Feels very light on the skin and blends seamlessly.

L'Oréal True Match Foundation is hands down my favorite. I actually prefer it over some more expensive brands. The color match is perfect for my skin, and at 40, it doesn't settle into fine lines like others can. It’s smoothing and light, giving a natural finish without feeling heavy. I’ve been really impressed with it!
