Wrong voltage description
Amazon provide wrong description about product that it consumes just 70 watt power.but the description given by seller mentioned it consumes max220 watts.it is totally negative business gesture.Not expected so from Amazon platform!Alas

Good product but feels risky
I ordered this product for my parents and they loved it. The product is good and easy to use but it is risky to use it while plugged as I sensed electric vibration when they hold my hand to wake up from bed. Positive: easy to use, quick heating, good pain relief.Negative: risky to use while plugged, cools down quickly.

Blanket burst into flames in 9 days
The blanket was delivered on 7 Jan 24. Today (16 jan), 9 days after delivery, the blanket spontaneously caught fire. There appears to be no auto shutdown and the resultant fire/smoke was extremely uncomfortable, scary and unhealthy. I request appropriate action from the company/agent/persons concerned
