Everybody wants access. The Everest 60+10 backpack features classy German styling and - access. This alpinist grade pack loads from the top, the front, and the bottom - where the tent is built in. This is the foundation of TentPak's Everest 60 JL. Total weight of the tent-backpack combination is 9.75 pounds, before you add your other gear. The pack also has a head notch for greater head movement and an internal micro-adjustment harness system that fits the 4' 8" to 6' 2" person. It also has ice ax loops, built-in hydration bladder pocket, side mounted mesh bottle pockets and a detachable top lid that doubles as a waist pack. Not only that, the Everest 60 has 4 external zippered pockets to store your smaller gear in. There are 2 side expansion pockets that run vertically up the side, under the compression straps, a gear pocket on the outside of the front access panel and last, an external zippered pocket built into the bottom compartment flap. This waterproof bottom pocket has another mesh pocket and zippered pocket inside.
