If you want HOT coffee you will have to do a warming brew first to heat up the water. So it's twice the work. The mug is a joke. I don't know why they don't have the stainless steel portion on the inside and the plastic on the outside. That way the coffee might actually stay hot for more than a micro second.... And the cup doesn't smell terrible after basically one use. But I didn't design the thing. It also has an annoying rubber gasket that pulls out every second time you close/open the lid. You will either lose it or throw it out in disgust after 1 day. For me the mug is re-purposed as a pen holder on my desk. That's how much it sucked as a mug. It's only redeeming quality is that it fit under the spout, which is actually an accomplishment since there are literally no other travel mugs that will....Update 1 - I have not edited anything written prior, only appended updates. I will try to be as objective as possible. I use bottled water that is sitting room temperature in my house. In the morning the water temp measures 72.7F. After first pass through the K15 (unused since previous morning), the water comes out at 154.1F. After the second pass through the K15, the coffee comes out at 170.2F. I'm speculating that if I repeated the process it would get incrementally warmer... This confirms what I had subjectively thought, the first pass beverage is not warm enough for my liking, with the second pass improved but still not anywhere near the reported temps that should be put out. Will call CS today to discuss. I suspect (maybe wrongly) that a lot of people who purchase this machine are single user households so it is silly to have to need to pre warm the machine... Defeats the purpose IMO.Update 2 - The plot thickens. I called CS and they said perhaps my brewer was under performing but that I cannot expect the water at the cup to be anywhere near the 192-194F brew temp. They very kindly upgraded me to a newer discontinued style.... However in order to process this request they needed the serial number which required me to look under the machine. Low and behold, the K15 I paid for is actually a K10!!!! WTF? BEWARE WHAT BREWER YOU ARE SENT!!!!

I absolutely LOVE having my little personal coffee machine and all the accessories that came with it! I also purchased an adapter to make my favorite coffee in this keurig so I do not have to rush out and buy cups when I run out. This is absolutely worth every penny!!Only issue I had faced is the short cord, but after some rearranging of the kitchen counter, it is perfectly set next to a socket so plugging it in is super easy and quick!I have been able to make coffee and tea now within 3 minutes without having to heat a tea kettle, no settling up the coffee maker waiting for a lengthy brew time, and the best part is it makes just the perfect amount every time for just myself and my mum to use quickly with out busy schedules. And my family uses it for their hot beverage choices throughout the day just by using the adapter, so it works for everyone! This is super swell!

I have the large Keurig in my home and have purchased a couple as gifts, I bought this one for our new rv thinking I was going to be able to enjoy my kcup coffee when traveling...this is the worst idea of a Keurig ive ever owned... I hate it.. I like to make my own cappuccino by using two different kcups at strong 4 oz each...this one forces you to make a full cup and normally it wont work unless you keep adding water which then makes your coffee so weak you cant taste the coffee.. a big waste of money

Fantastic Single Serve Space Saver and its cute too.Great space saver! Good for kitchens without a ton of counter space. Probably best for singles or couples who don't host to many gatherings. This unit doesn't have a reservoir for continuous brewing. You must add water for each cup. I really don't think that is a big deal though because I always end up throwing out the water in the reservoir from the day before and filling it with new water.The bundle I bought came with a 12 ounce travel mug which does fit perfectly.I do wish it was tall enough to allow a full size travel mug under it but it's not that big of a deal, I just brew my 2 cups and pour them into my mug.

This model is terrible. I couldn't find my specific order for awhile to be able to write this review. But it breaks easily and all the K cups tasted old. I have since bought k cups for my different keurig and those tasted way fresher and it was same brand. Not pleased with this. Just buy from store. Don't waste time nor money on here

If you're a 3-5 cup coffee drinker like me, then skip the one cup Keurigs! I bought it for my wife who thinks my Cuisinart Grind and Brew is too complicated and time consuming. What is great was the package deal for the low price. What's not great is that it doesn't heat up the coffee enough. I rush through a cup of coffee so it doesn't cool off before I can leisurely finish it. The other hassle for me is having to go back and wait while my next cup brews. Great for a quick cup. Not great for serious coffee drinkers

I love Keurig and have had several models over the years. This model is truly horrible. There are grounds (lots of them floating and sticking to the side of my mug) in EVERY cup. I clean out the cup holder every time to wash out the grounds and still the next cup has grounds. When you take out the K-cup, the top of it is awash with grounds. Save your money and get the newer model. This one should have been recalled.
