Not only is the shawl absolutely beautiful; colour, quality and fabric but the customer service is wonderful. I wanted to order 6 for my bridesmaids but the colour just slightly mismatches the dress. I’ve kept one for me though, I’ll find a way to wear it! Really beautiful stuff
