If you were brought up with you parents reading fairy tales to you at bed time then you would definitely like this book. It's the original fairy tales as written by The Brothers Grimm.

Arrived on time in great condition. Has stories we have never heard of before. The one story we read out load ended a little differently than we expected for Grim tales. But still a great book.

I got this so I can read short stories. The book cover is beautiful.

Its pretty, but not as pretty as I had hoped. The cover is hard, but not embossed, and the label with price is printed on the back, not a sticker which is really ugly and just dumb.The gilding is pretty though and it is pretty, the art inside the cover is gorgeous. This could have been a really awesome looking book, but they definitely made some very questionable printing choices

Absolutely stunning copy. Very well made. Beautifully decorated. Over 200 Brothers Grimm stories. This is now a valued part of my library. I would pass this on to my children (if I had any).

This book is absolutely lovely! I have several books of fairy tale collections, including other versions of Grimm 's Fairy Tales, but this is definitely one of my favorites so far.

A must have for any reader/book collector. It’s sturdy came very well bound, no crinkles in the spine or pages, it is a textured cover and the building is beautiful. The pages aren’t stuck together and can be easily thumbed through.
