Great little thing
Please note that this isn’t emulating an Atari 2600, the games are all specially written ports of Atari 2600 games and anyone familiar with the games from that system will notice differences. Combat is just the tank game but there are several variations like ricochet, invisible tanks, complex or simple maze or no maze, etc. And the other tank is controlled by the cpu whereas Atari combat was two player-only. This just includes one joystick so a two player-only game would have been silly! Some of the games would work better with a paddle but do work, Warlords is much nicer to play than Breakout is. Asteroids looks more like the arcade game than the 2600 version. Pac-man looks like the 2600 version but it lacks some of the sounds and I think the ghosts behave differently too. As a playable ornament for Atari collectors this is essential, anyone wanting to play Atari would be better off looking elsewhere, either a Flashback 9 or X or the Blaze Retro Atari portable would be better.

Fun little thing
Got this as distraction device for a 6 year old. She took it straight to her dolls house. Didn't see her again for hours. Perfect.
