Right out of the box I was able to get it working. Arrived fast and was packaged well. Ive had it for 2 months now and all is working well!

The media could not be loaded. The item is notw working period and I would like to know why the item wasn't tested before shipping it?? Then Amazon would state to return it but at who's expense ?? Who is going to pay those fees to return it and then custome and local fees to receive an other time ?? Please fix this cause I am really really upset and you all should start have minus stars rating please 🙏

Fill is determined by flow rate plus time, but the flow rate is not defined in any normal way. We measured out our target volume with a graduated cylinder and a precision scale, then manipulated the settings on this dispenser until we could get within a few thousandths of a gram. We then spot-checked every 10th bottle for the first hour, then approximately every 30 minutes through the rest of the multi-day project (over 5600 bottles total) to re-adjust and maintain target. The fill volume DOES wander by as much as 2% from the target with this frequent checking, it may have wandered further if we hadn't been paying such close attention.Filling those 5600+ bottles completely manually with graduated cylinders would have taken me approximately 300 man hours. Even with the set-up time and the downtime at spot checks to readjust, this fill station cut my processing time to about 65 man hours. Definitely worth the investment.

This is a duplicate replacement of the one I've been using for 12+ years.Except this one came without the nuts that attach the arm to the body of the machine,and have been unable to find the right size in the hardware stores. There is gunk in the tubing, and it doesn't turn on! :(
