It’s a very healthy choice, but this particular flavor definitely is not good
To me this just tastes like garlic powder and water mixed with a little bit of coffee creamer. It’s healthy and I guess you can mix it with a little lowfat mayonnaise. Miracle whip has one that has lower sodium but it’s not a very good taste especially compared to the excellent barbecue and catch up healthy alternatives. I always read the label with low sodium products to make sure that they’re not having potassium chloride which can give you a high potassium if you are on certain blood pressure medicines

This was delivered this way. The cap was 1/2 way undone and the quality seal was broken. the pictures above show this.Worst part is, I cannot submit for a refund or replacement.

The taste and smell can make you very disappointed.
This dressing had a horrible taste and smell. It was nothing related to Italian dressing. I can usually doctor a product I don’t like, but this one went right in the garbage.
